RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Surecycle.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Surecycle.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Surecycle.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Surecycle.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

 

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Surecycle.com or to products you purchase through Surecycle.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Boise, Idaho, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Surecycle.com' intellectual property rights, Surecycle.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Idaho, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.  Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

What Personal Information About Customers Does Surecycle.com Gather?

Does Surecycle.com Share the Information It Receives?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We do not share customer information with any businesses outside of Surecycle.com.

 

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

 

What Choices Do I Have?

As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase.  If you do not want to receive Conditions of Use and other legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Notice, those notices will still govern your use of Surecycle.com, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes. The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, you will not be able to use such important features as the Shopping Cart if you do not use cookies.
